  • This was our second visit to Bishops and enjoyed our stay as much as the first. Bishops seems to change with the seasons, when we were here in the Summer it was light and airy and in the Autumn its lovely and cosy, we love bishops and cannot wait to come back in 2009. Tina and Bob, Bromsgrove.
  • When we arrived we really did not expect to find such a fantastic place. The decor and atmosphere is lovely and we love it. We all want to live here and never go home. We have told all friends and family how fantastic this place is. We especially love the little touches (connect four). Very relaxing and we hope to return when it is really cold to try the fab log fire. Suzie, Marco, Lisa and Meek, Poole Dorset.
  • We can safely say the nicest place we've stayed in on holiday! So beautifully renovated and so homely'.McMullan family, Leics.
  • What can we say?! Stunning location, unique venue made for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. The children loved the hiding places and we thoroughly enjoyed the chapel. Fantastic weather for January but we still used the fire!! One of the nicester holiday venues we have stayed in, in Cornwall. We can't wait to return. The Horrell family.
  • We unanimously agree that you have provided the best accommodation in our month long tour of the UK. Definitely a 5 star! The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower could not be matched in our travels from John O' Groates to Lands End! The decor incorporating elements of the 1840 chapel along with the modern features and perfect appointments gave charm to every corner. This home is definitely a home for the soul as well. • Great place, comfortable and unique. Little touches like nightlights, toys, DVD's and welcome pack made it even better. For novice English holidaymakers, it made it seem something we would do again. Hope to see you again, will recommend to friends and family. The Fry family, Bristol.
  • Great looking building, like the mixture of original and modern features. The selection of games etc was a nice touch and proved useful one rainy morning. We all enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend to anyone and look forward to returning. The Whittaker family West Midlands.
  • We really enjoyed our stay at Bishops Holiday Cottage in Cornwall. It is an unusual and characterful building, distinct from any other holiday cottage we have ever stayed in. We really liked the wood panelling taken from the original chapel, and other original features such as the stained glass windows, the best feature of all though was the log burner, we made great use of that in the evenings!
